Weekend Ramblings: THE Market, Asara & friendship :)

I've been so blessed with friendship and fellowship this past week - it's been really good to connect with loved ones - both from afar and from near :)

Now, I know you've probably heard about the Stellenbosch Market from me ad nauseum, but, well, we were after all there again this weekend ;). This Market holds many dear memories for me from varsity days whiling away hours in the sun, munching on delicious food and slurping the BEST coffee ever!

After the shoot with Katie at sunrise, we headed through and met another dear friend, Robyn, and then spent several pleasurable hours mosying around the market. It really is such a special place, with amazing stalls and the best view you could wish for!

We then headed off to Asara for their amazing ice-cream and the view of the Helderberg Mountains from their deck, WOW.

Coffee + rusk for breakfast = perfection.

Dear friends :)

Gorgeous odds and ends.

I don't know what I'd do with it, but I want one of these!

I'm always tempted to buy ALL the earrings at this stand!

So...we split one of these heavenly flatbreads, YUM!

Look at that view!

Do yourself a favour and visit Asara's Deli - they have fantastic treats and homemade ice cream :)

Katie's pic with her ice cream was the only sane one ;) So just imagine the rest of us!

Another exquisite view!

  3. I guess I'm caught up now. I started with the last blog and worked my way backward.

Still love these photos. The colors and scenery are amazing. I just want to steal you away to be my own private tour guide and go to all the lovely places you have photographed... Could we? Please?
